Crystal & Kay Weddings and Events is a boutique wedding day management service in Sydney, dedicated to bringing couples’ carefully planned visions to life. Established in 2017, the business specialises in Catholic and Filipino weddings, providing professional coordination that honours cultural traditions and ensures a stress-free celebration.
From creating detailed timelines to assisting with the ceremony—the heart of any wedding day—Crystal & Kay is committed to ensuring every element flows seamlessly. With a deep respect for tradition and a keen eye for detail, Crystal & Kay liaises with vendors, manages logistics, and provides hands-on support throughout the day.

Consultant
Most couples want to be hands on with their wedding planning but just need a little guidance.
We are here to help with any questions you have about planning your wedding without the need to hire a planner.

Coordinator
We coordinate with your vendors to ensure that they deliver what they are hired for. Once we conduct our final hand-over with you, we contact them to confirm key information such as their call time and venue access.
Event Manager
We don't just coordinate with vendors but we manage the day. We help you by preparing your run-sheet and executing the wedding plans just as your envisioned it. We become the main point of contact so that you can enjoy your special day.
Specialist
We specialise in Catholic, Filipino Weddings. We can help you navigate through having an Australian wedding whilst honouring your Filipino roots. We can also provide you with the ceremony accessories such as the cord, veil and candles.

We each have skills that we specialise in whilst sharing the same vision and goals.
Pre-wedding you will have two sets of eyes on your wedding details to make sure we are across everything. You will also have access to both of us for unlimited online consultation (via SMS or Email or Chat) from the date of booking.
